About The Position
The Room Attendant maintains clean, inviting guest rooms and helps ensure guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. The role involves cleaning and preparing rooms to high standards, making beds, changing linens, replenishing supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. The Room Attendant follows health and safety protocols and maintains a positive, professional demeanor when interacting with guests. The position is part of the housekeeping team at Courtyard Little Rock Downtown.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to high standards, with attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are presented invitingly.
- Replenish amenities, towels, and other supplies as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Vacuum and clean carpets and floors.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
- Follow established health and safety protocols.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
