About The Position

Room Attendants are responsible for providing excellent guest service functions to ensure guests have a clean, safe, and secure place to stay. This role involves improving the guest experience by adhering to IHG Way of Clean protocols, maintaining a welcoming guest room environment, and offering friendly service and excellent Guest Love hospitality, all in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
