About The Position

The Comfort Suites Near Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Room Attendant to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and suites. The hotel offers 101 cozy guest suites and is conveniently located near major attractions. The Comfort Suites is part of Buffalo Lodging Associates, an award-winning hotel management company.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Can lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Engaging personality.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service.
• Change linens and make beds.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Clean floors and vacuum.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
