About The Position
The Alloy, a DoubleTree by Hilton hotel, is hiring Room Attendants for its Housekeeping department. The role involves cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms promptly and in an organized manner according to hotel procedures and standards. Attendants help maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring rooms are spotless, responding to guest requests, and reporting room issues. The position starts at $17.00 per hour. Attendants clean no more than 16 rooms per day; rooms cleaned beyond 16 daily rooms earn an $8–$10 incentive per room. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely, organized manner while following hotel procedures and standards.
- Keep the linen cart neat, stocked, and organized.
- Report guest-room areas requiring attention, including fixtures, door locks, televisions, and HVAC.
- Maintain the security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies.
- Report lost-and-found articles to a supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
