Hotel Room Attendants - Full time
About The Position
We are currently looking for Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping Team! This is a Full Time position. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites. The role involves cleaning rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms. The Room Attendant will also be responsible for reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor, and providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests. Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required is necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
- Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
- An engaging personality.
