This entry-level, onsite role supports the hotel’s standards for excellence and safety while keeping service friendly and guest-focused. A Typical Shift You’ll start by checking in with your supervisor, grabbing your cart, and reviewing your room list for the day. As the morning picks up, you’ll move from room to room, keeping a steady rhythm and adjusting when priorities change—like a last-minute early arrival or a room that needs extra attention. Between rooms, you’ll coordinate with coworkers and maintenance so issues are handled quickly and guests aren’t kept waiting. Throughout the shift, you’ll stay focused on small details that make a big difference, then wrap up by confirming your completed rooms and getting set for the next day.
