About The Position

As a Room Attendant, your primary duties will be centered around maintaining the beauty and charm of our guest lodging and surrounding facilities. You will also be responsible for maintaining an impeccable standard of cleanliness and presentation of guest housing, lodges, and public areas, responding to guests’ needs, ensuring and coordinating the laundering of guest linens, coordinating the timely return of all lost and found items to the front desk, coordinating with the front desk regarding guest room status, maintaining knowledge of arrivals / departures and stay-overs for each day, staying up-to-date on the most efficient eco-friendly cleaning supplies, maintaining knowledge of handling hazardous materials, reporting maintenance issues, informing Management of any guest-related issues, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and guests, and coordinating annual deep cleaning of guest facilities and off-season cleaning of seasonal employee housing. This is not a management or supervisory position.

Requirements

  • You’ll need to present documentation establishing both identity and employment authorization within three days of hire pursuant to federal law.

Nice To Haves

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Previous housekeeping in a luxury hotel/resort setting.
  • Familiarity with eco-conscious or sustainable practices.
