About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant for Hampton Inn Wesley Chapel. The role is part of a service-focused hospitality organization that prioritizes respectful, authentic service and the needs of internal and external stakeholders. Room Attendants help maintain guest rooms and public areas to company standards and support a positive guest experience. This position is tipped eligible. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to multitask.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
Follow hotel safety and security procedures.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surrounding area.
Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
Identify items guests have left behind and report them using the hotel's lost-and-found procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
