About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant for Hampton Inn Wesley Chapel. The position is part of a hospitality team focused on respectful, authentic service and meeting the needs of guests and other stakeholders. This position is tipped eligible.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to exceed guests' expectations.
Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
Follow the hotel's safety and security procedures.
Maintain knowledge of the property, hotel staff and services, service hours, and nearby surroundings.
Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
Identify guest belongings left behind and report them using the hotel's lost and found procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
