Requirements

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
A minimum of three months related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A valid driver's license.
Successful completion of a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and annual MVRs.
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
Ability to lift and/or push up to 25 pounds.
Ability to walk, sit, smell, and hear.
Ability to use hands to finger, handle, kneel, crouch, and/or feel and reach with hands and arms.
Vision must be correctable to 20/20 and have the ability to focus on small objects.
Ability to climb up and down stairs inside and outside buildings.

Responsibilities

Make beds.
Replace guest amenities and linen.
Clean bathrooms including tubs, toilets, shower doors and tracks, wallpaper, vanities, light fixtures, and floors.
Clean bedrooms including dusting furniture, vacuuming floors, cleaning baseboards, cleaning windows and window sills, folding blankets, and organizing items.
Clean kitchen areas including coffeepot, toaster, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, countertops, cabinets, and floors.
Organize vehicle and assist in the loading and unloading of clean linen, dirty linen, and trash.
Report any maintenance problems to the Inspector or Manager.
Load cart and keep it organized, neat, and clean throughout the shift.
Record room status on daily assignment sheet and record time in and out of each room.
Drive a company vehicle and/or company insured vehicle, following safe driving practices and obeying traffic laws.
