As a room attendant, you will ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces. You will come into contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions. You play a very important role and will contribute to a unique experience for each of our guests every day.

Requirements

Education - High school diploma or equivalent
Experience and/or Training - Housekeeping and customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT U.S. Work Authorization (required).

Responsibilities

Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures.
Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day.
Clean hotel rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and common areas.
Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
Comply with all hotel safety guidelines.
Pick up ground litter around hotel or whatever visible.
May perform similar duties as requested by team leader.
