About The Position

Plan and manage the Restaurant, and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals report to the Director of Food and Beverage.

Requirements

  • At least five years of management experience in Food and Beverage operations.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the hotel and continuously perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Hotel experience preferred.
  • Advance knowledge of the principles and practices within the food and beverage hospitality profession
  • Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex situations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Human Resources within the division.
  • Direct and oversee recruitment and development of employees.
  • Develop, recommend, implement, and manage the division's annual budget, business/marketing plan, forecast and objectives to meet/exceed management expectations.
  • Implement and manage all company programs to ensure compliance with SOPs, to include safety and sanitary regulations and all federal, state and local regulations to ensure an optimal level of service, quality and hospitality are provided to the guest(s).
  • Market the Food and Beverage outlets, develop and manage the implementation of menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations, and presentations within Corporate guidelines to capture more in-house guests and a larger share of the local market to meet/exceed sales and financial goals and objectives.
  • Manage the maintenance/sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment in the hotel to protect the assets.
  • Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
