The Rooftop Barback ensures that the bar is set and maintained so that the bar team members have everything they need to run an effective operation, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the outlet, running food, set-up, and breakdown of the bar. The barback must be knowledgeable about menu items, attentive, and focused on providing the best possible service in a fast-paced environment. This position will follow the rooftop season of April 6th - September 15th.
