About The Position

This is an independent/sub-contractor role for a Roofing Technician. It is not an hourly or salaried position, and requires the technician to sell their own jobs, as pricing is not provided over the phone to customers. The role offers unlimited, commission-based earnings with flexible scheduling for full-time and part-time opportunities. There is consistent, year-round work with no seasonal layoffs. Technicians will benefit from 24/7 operational support, dedicated management support for scheduling, accounting, and personnel matters, and opportunities for growth into lead technician, trainer, or management roles. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of roofing experience
• Knowledge of various roofing systems (shingles, tiles, flat, etc.)
• Reliable vehicle and own tools
• Ability to assess roof conditions and perform repairs accurately
• Punctual, professional, and safety-oriented
