Thrive Roofing Co. is building a winning sales team and is looking for motivated people who want more than just another job. As a Roofing Specialist (Sales), you will work assigned territories helping homeowners through the insurance restoration process. You will have uncapped earning potential and work at a company backed by experienced leadership with proven systems. Our next onboarding group starts Monday, July 13. We are adding a limited number of new representatives to the team, and we would love to meet you in time to join the team then. Requirements

• Highly competitive and self-motivated
• Strong communicator who connects easily with people
• Comfortable working outdoors and knocking doors
• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems (no experience required)
• Organized and dependable
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods
• Inspect roofs for storm damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Secure signed contingency agreements
• Meet with insurance adjusters
• Guide customers through the restoration process
• Submit project documentation
• Maintain customer communication from sale to completion
