About The Position

With more than 60,000 completed projects, we’re known for delivering high-quality, innovative and reliable building envelope solutions to commercial, industrial and institutional clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Roofing Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee the successful execution of roofing projects. This role is ideal for an experienced leader in the roofing industry who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Roofing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple projects and coordinating site personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

  • Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Strong judgment and integrity in decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive problem-solving and risk mitigation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of construction and roofing materials
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in roofing
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • DCS/DEC or equivalent post-secondary education is preferred
  • Portuguese language skills are considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Monitor project progress in collaboration with Site Supervisors and field staff; identify and address inefficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and scope with site teams
  • Coordinate effectively with clients and General Contractors
  • Oversee material ordering, delivery, and site organization
  • Maintain accurate weekly timesheet records
  • Coordinate equipment logistics and site deliveries
  • Support day-to-day operational requirements across multiple job sites
