As a Skilled Roofing Service Technician, you’ll perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on commercial roofing systems, with a focus on TPO roofing. You’ll play a key role in diagnosing issues and executing high-quality repairs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of commercial roofing experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid Working at Heights Certification
• CSA-approved safety gear and basic tools
• Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Experience with TPO roofing systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspect commercial roofs for leaks, defects, and damage
• Perform repairs and maintenance on TPO and other flat roofing systems
• Apply sealants, patches, and waterproofing solutions
• Complete service reports and document work performed
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures
• Travel to job sites as required, including out-of-town assignments
