Roofing Service Technician
About The Position
Master Roofing Solutions, part of the TIMEPROOFUSA family, is looking to hire an experienced Service Technician. This role involves installing and servicing sloped residential roofing systems, installing and repairing flat roofing materials, and installing metal flashings and completing roofing repairs. The technician will also diagnose leaks, damage, and other roofing issues, determine appropriate repairs, and communicate effectively with the office, superintendents, customer care representatives, and homeowners. Completing interior and exterior service work as needed and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area are also key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Strong residential roofing experience and knowledge of all aspects of roofing
- Experience with both new construction and service/repair work
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair roofing issues independently
- Experience with sloped and flat roofing systems
- Understanding of OSHA guidelines and safe work practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Drywall experience and bilingual skills are a plus
