Requirements
- Roofing experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential roofing issues
- Manage service jobs and small roofing projects from start to finish
- Coordinate materials, crews, and schedules
- Inspect roofs and recommend solutions for customers
- Communicate with homeowners and ensure a five-star experience
- Document work with photos and notes
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism
