Roofing Service Manager
About The Position
CentiMark Corporation is actively seeking an experienced Roofing Service Manager in Pasco, WA. The ideal candidate will possess commercial/industrial roofing experience, leadership and supervisory skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to customers. This role offers a base salary of $60k - $90k plus bonus opportunities and premier benefits. The position involves the development and management of the service department, including scheduling and supervising two-man crews to ensure optimal safety, service, and quality. The manager will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, collaborating with the Sales Team on estimating, proposing, and selling commercial roofing repair work, and inspecting service roofing jobs for safety and workmanship. CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor, operating 100 offices across the US with over 3,500 employees, and offers a full complement of new and replacement roof systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial roofing
- 2+ years’ experience in commercial roofing service
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience with EPDM, Acrylic, Single Ply, PVC and/or TPO is required
Responsibilities
- Development of the service department

- Ensuring customer satisfaction
