Requirements
- Able to lift 50lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Roofing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Leak investigation and repairs on various commercial roofing systems under the direction of a foreman
- Loading & unloading materials and equipment required to complete the job
- Climb up and down ladders; tear-off of old roofing materials; perform general clean-up
- Small repair jobs and roof maintenance under the direction of a Foreman
