About The Position
CentiMark Corporation is hiring an experienced Roofing Service Foreman in the St. Louis, Missouri area. The role involves diagnosing roof leaks, making repairs on various roof types, and completing small repair and roof maintenance jobs. The position requires working safely in a team environment and may require weekend work when necessary.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of commercial or industrial roofing procedures and safety.
- Experience repairing EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofs.
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to climb ladders to a minimum height of 25 feet.
- Able to work within a team environment.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Able to work Saturdays and/or Sundays if necessary.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
Nice To Haves
- Service Helper experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
