About The Position

CentiMark Ltd. is looking for a Roofing Service Coordinator in Winnipeg to join their team. This role involves supporting the Operations Team by reviewing contracts, organizing and scheduling jobs, ordering materials, managing files, reviewing work orders, providing job information to foremen and crews, and handling customer inquiries and dispatching crews for leak calls. Requirements

3 years roofing/construction experience (Required)
Valid Driver's license to operate company vehicle to visit job sites
Strong communication/ writing skills
Time management skills
Good relationship building skills
Excellent follow-up skills
Able to work on multiple tasks
Computer proficient – Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)
Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, FOAM, METAL, ACRYLIC and/or SHINGLES a plus!

Responsibilities

Support the Operations Team
Review contracts for site requirements and accuracy
Organize and schedule jobs
Ordering materials and supplies as per job requirements, as well as ensuring proper equipment is available and arranged
High volume file management; ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present for work completed
Review work orders prior to invoicing customers for completed work
Providing Foreman and crews with job information and requirements
Handling incoming customer calls; inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls
