Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (roofing, construction, or home improvement industry preferred).

• Ability to climb roofs and perform inspections safely.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Conduct roof inspections and present roofing solutions to homeowners and property managers.
• Educate customers about roofing options, insurance claims, and repair/replacement processes.
• Create accurate estimates and manage the sales process from first contact to close.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver top-notch customer service.
