What You'll Do & Learn As an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative, you'll receive detailed, hands-on training in all aspects of the job
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and dedication to customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and walking on roofs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Insurance coverage including workers' comp and general liability
- Own basic equipment (Cougar Paws, tape measure, chalk, iPad with Internet access)

- prior door-to-door sales or outside sales representative experience
Responsibilities
- Learn and use the CRM system for project management and reporting
- Meet with insurance companies for adjustments and negotiations
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate new business
- Train and support canvassers in sales techniques
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain the restoration process
- Carry out physical tasks such as lifting up to 80 lbs, climbing ladders, and walking on roofs
- Build familiarity with roofing and siding materials and installation techniques
- Create detailed reports, scope of work, and contracts for homeowners
- Upsell warranties and additional services to improve homes
- Follow pricing sheets and guidelines for accurate estimates
- Attend regular in-house meetings and training sessions
- Maintain a positive, professional, and drama-free work environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders
