About The Position

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a motivated Roofing Sales Representative for multiple Midwest locations. This is a 1099 commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, targeting individuals who are self-motivated and comfortable with direct sales. The company is a Top 40 Roofing Contractor with a strong reputation and active operations across several states. This role offers the freedom to work your own territory and build a book of business, with the company providing brand, systems, training, and operational support. The ideal candidate thrives on face-to-face selling and is driven by earning potential.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-directed lead generation.
• Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs; must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to transport a ladder in your vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, coachable, and disciplined.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Cell phone required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior roofing, construction, or insurance restoration sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, storm outreach, referrals, and community networking.
• Conduct roof, gutter, and siding inspections and document damage accurately.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, insurance claims processes, and Shamrock's services.
• Prepare and present project proposals, close sales, and collect signed contracts.
• Manage projects from contract signing through completion, serving as the homeowner's primary point of contact.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle to drive referrals and repeat business.
