About The Position
The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading, fast-growing, nationally backed roofing company to find motivated Roofing Sales Representatives for their Louisville, TN team. This is a high-income sales opportunity offering uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, strong support, and real potential for growth. No roofing experience is required; if you are motivated, driven, and coachable, you will receive the necessary training and tools to succeed. The earning potential is significant, with projected earnings of $70K-$80K in Year 1, $90K-$100K in Year 2, and $110K+ in Year 3, with uncapped commissions allowing top performers to earn well beyond these ranges. This role offers unlimited earning potential based on performance, leads provided, fast-track growth into leadership, a flexible, field-based schedule, and a dedicated support team.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Roofing or construction experience
- Door-to-door or outside sales experience
- Existing network or book of business (for experienced reps)
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and generate new business
- Conduct roof inspections (training provided)
- Guide customers through the insurance and sales process
