About The Position

Tadlock Roofing is seeking motivated and driven sales professionals to join their team as Roofing Sales Representatives. This is a 100% commission-based sales opportunity with unlimited earning potential, targeting homeowners in the Panama City and Pensacola, Florida markets. The role involves inspecting roofs, recommending solutions, closing sales, and generating leads through various methods. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven sales experience, strong closing skills, and a desire to build lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience is required.
• Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting goals.
• Self-starter who is comfortable generating their own business.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Self-generated sales experience is preferred.
• Roofing sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Outside sales, home improvement, construction, or in-home sales experience is a plus.
• Military or veteran experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and recommend roofing solutions.
• Close residential roofing sales.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and prospecting.
• Follow up on company-provided opportunities.
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Manage sales pipeline from first contact through project completion.
