About The Position

Roof America is seeking a driven Sales Representative / Project Manager to join their high-performing team. This role combines outside sales, project management, and customer service, offering career growth, flexibility, and unlimited earning potential. The successful candidate will manage the sales process from lead generation through project completion, assisting homeowners and property managers with storm restoration and roofing solutions. While industry experience is a plus, it is not required, as the company provides comprehensive training, tools, and support.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders/roofs.
• Must have reliable transportation (a pickup truck is preferred) and a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and marketing efforts.
• Perform roof inspections and damage assessments (training provided).
• Educate homeowners on the roofing process, insurance claims (where applicable), and service offerings.
• Deliver professional estimates and proposals using CRM and estimating software.
• Close deals with integrity and follow up regularly to maintain client relationships.
