About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a Project Manager for their team in Northwest Arkansas, covering Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville. This is a 1099 independent contractor position that combines outside sales with project management. The role involves generating business through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach, as well as managing projects from initial inspection to final payment. Roofing sales is presented as a steady, year-round career.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales — this is a core part of the role
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation required (you'll carry a ladder); company trucks may be available for drivers 21+ with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Access to a cell phone
• Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on their options
• Prepare, present, and close roofing contracts
• Collect payment
• Manage each project from contract to completion
