The role involves being in the field, knocking doors, building relationships with homeowners, and guiding them through the roofing and insurance restoration process from inspection to project completion. Shamrock provides the brand, systems, training, and back-end operational support, while the individual brings the hustle. This is not a desk job and is suited for those who thrive on face-to-face selling, love the freedom of working their own territory, and want to earn based on their results.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-directed lead generation
  • Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs; must not be afraid of heights
  • Must be able to transport a ladder in your vehicle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and disciplined
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Cell phone required

Responsibilities

  • Generate your own leads through door-to-door canvassing, storm outreach, referrals, and community networking
  • Conduct roof, gutter, and siding inspections and document damage accurately
  • Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, insurance claims processes, and Shamrock's services
  • Prepare and present project proposals, close sales, and collect signed contracts
  • Manage projects from contract signing through completion, serving as the homeowner's primary point of contact
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle to drive referrals and repeat business
