About The Position
The Field Supervisor is responsible for managing crews in the field, coordinating job schedules, ensuring quality control, and serving as the link between production, sales, and the customer. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on knowledge of roofing and exterior systems.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support roofing and RainTech installation crews
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet company quality standards
- Conduct job site inspections for workmanship, safety, and compliance
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for scheduled jobs
- Communicate daily with project managers, sales team, and office staff
- Address and resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
- Train and mentor crew members to maintain high performance standards
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance
- Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and reports
