Requirements

- Reliable transportation to and from job sites within the United States.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, outdoor work environment.
- Physical stamina, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic are essential for performing daily tasks like lifting materials, following safety protocols, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Communication skills are used daily to coordinate with team members and supervisors, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience or coursework related to construction, roofing, or general labor.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools used in roofing and construction.
- Completion of OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety training or similar safety certification.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of roofing materials and tools for daily job site activities.
- Support the roofing crew in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing systems under supervision.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment on the job site.
- Help with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform basic site cleanup and debris removal to maintain an orderly and hazard-free work area.
- Observe and learn from experienced roofers to develop technical skills and understand project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress and any issues encountered.
