The Air Capital needs a roofing leader ready to take our team to new heights. Since 1977, Shamrock Roofing & Construction has built a reputation for quality workmanship and trusted service. Now we're looking for an experienced Market Leader to drive growth across Wichita and surrounding Kansas communities.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading teams in residential roofing or a closely related field
• Experience managing project managers or sales/production staff, with measurable results
• Knowledge of Kansas weather patterns, storm restoration, and appropriate roofing systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Physical ability to work on rooftops and in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of roofing professionals
• Recruit and develop talent as the market grows
• Build and execute growth strategies for Wichita and the surrounding region
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship in sales, production, and customer care
• Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and customer service on every job
• Navigate local codes, permitting, and building requirements
