Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in construction or roofing industry
- Proven track record in team building and management
- Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems and local building codes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in outdoor conditions
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of 5-6 roofing professionals
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies in the Lincoln metro area
- Ensure exceptional customer service and quality workmanship standards
- Manage team performance, safety protocols, and professional development
- Build relationships with local suppliers, contractors, and community leaders
