Communication is vital in this industry and includes listening, speaking, and writing. Working on the top of the world most days is priceless; however, you must be able to get there. Climbing ladders and working at heights is an absolute must. Employees must have the ability to perform assigned tasks daily with strong attention to detail. Requirements

Experience in commercial roofing or construction.
Ability to communicate effectively (listening, speaking, writing).

Responsibilities

Communicate with Foreman to complete daily project goals.
Climb ladders and work at heights.
Perform assigned tasks daily with strong attention to detail.
Work on Commercial Roofing Projects, including tear-offs and installing new roofing systems.
Operate cutting-edge tools and rooftop equipment, from power tools to induction welding for TPO or PVC roof systems.
Work under the guidance of experienced foremen and roofers.
Install and repair roofing.
Remove old materials.
Sweep and clean roofs.
Load/unload materials.
Lay insulation.
Roll walls & seams.
