This role involves working on residential, commercial, and repair roofing projects across Central Florida, from tear-off to dry-in to final installation. Requirements
- Can lift heavy materials and work in Florida heat
- Are comfortable on roofs and ladders, and understand job site safety
- Are dependable, hard-working, and work well with a team
- Have reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Experience in roofing tear-offs, dry-ins, shingle installs, or repairs
- OSHA 10 certified
Responsibilities
- Tear off existing roofing materials safely and efficiently
- Install dry-in packages including underlayment, peel and stick, and flashing
- Install shingles, accessories, vents, boots, and drip edge according to code and company standards
- Perform minor roof repairs as needed during projects
- Assist the crew with clean-up, loading, and job site prep
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional work environment
