About The Position
Conejo Services, LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Foreman to join our roofing division. We are an established, multi-trade home services company dedicated to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. If you have a strong roofing background, an eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring projects are completed safely and to the highest standards, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of roofing construction experience required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Submit quality control escalations to identify and document quality issues or concerns.
- Ensure all quality control issues are addressed promptly and corrective actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Inspect jobsites to ensure they are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Maintain quality and safety standards on every jobsite.
- Monitor active roofing projects to ensure work progresses according to schedule and is completed on time.
- Assist with pre-installation job walks to confirm the project scope of work before installation begins, develop and submit accurate project material lists, and ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with homeowners and clients.
