Roofing Foreman to lead our crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Proven experienced persons only need apply. Requirements
- Proven roofing experience with shingles, metal, cedar, synthetic, and low-slope roofing.
- Prior leadership and foreman experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing safety practices and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve on site
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct roofing crews on residential and commercial projects
- Ensure all work meets company standards, building codes, and safety requirements
- Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and schedules with project managers
- Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and productivity
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
