About The Position
Royalty Roofing, established in 1986, has built a solid reputation for quality roofing products, installation, and service. We serve commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential customers nationwide, with offices in multiple states. We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman for our Colorado Springs location. This role involves managing daily safety, installing roofing membranes (PVC/TPO), ensuring quality of work, training team members, collaborating with the Operations Manager, and updating job progress systems. Travel is mandatory, with per diem and paid travel time provided for overnight stays. The position offers competitive pay and bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily safety of the team
- Installation of the roofing membrane, PVC/TPO
- Review daily the quality of work performed by team members and train in any areas that need improvement
- Work daily with Operations Manager on any issues onsite
- Update systems to communicate the progress of the job
