Requirements

• 5 years' general roofing experience required
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication/people skills
• Analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Valid state driver's license (in good standing) is required
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic, and Shingles

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of CentiMark roofing experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a 2-person roofing repair crew.
• Lead and train crewmembers with field applications.
• Work with field supervisors.
• Communicate with customers and management.
• Responsible for paperwork, time sheets, and mobile applications.
• Ensure CentiMark safety policies are followed.
• Take crewmembers to jobsites and make extensive repairs within the hours provided in a safe and orderly manner.
