Requirements

  • Foremen: 3+ years of roofing, stucco, or related exterior construction experience
  • Laborers: prior roofing or construction experience preferred, willingness to learn required
  • Strong experience in at least one of the following: shingles, tile, TPO, stucco, or roof coatings
  • Foremen: proven experience leading crews and hitting production goals
  • Ability to read and understand scopes of work, job instructions, and project documentation
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift roofing materials, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physical construction work
  • Comfortable working outdoors in Northern Arizona weather conditions
  • Willingness to travel between projects within the Northern Arizona service area
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Own hand tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Install and repair shingle, tile, TPO, stucco, and coating systems based on crew experience and assigned projects
  • Run daily field operations on residential and commercial jobsites
  • Review and execute scopes of work, work orders, project plans, and installation instructions
  • Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and jobsite needs
  • Inspect work throughout each project to meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and building codes
  • Follow all company safety requirements and keep the crew working safely
  • Train and mentor newer installers on technique, safety, and quality expectations
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, building owners, and project managers
  • Submit production updates, job photos, reports, and time records
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they affect quality or schedule
  • Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional
  • Protect customer homes, landscaping, and property throughout the project
