About The Position
An industry-leading construction and forensic consulting firm is seeking a Roofing Consultant to contribute to their comprehensive approach to forensic investigation in construction and construction-related claims and litigation at their Florida office.
Requirements
- 15+ years of roofing/contracting experience
- Roofing license
- Willingness to travel
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field strongly desired
- Forensic consulting experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Conducting site investigations and reporting
- Cost estimating
- Participating in mediations and depositions
- Providing expert testimony in a wide range of cases
- Working collaboratively with a team of General Contractors, Certified Cost Estimators, Architects, Engineers, and Paralegal/Project Managers
