About The Position

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a driven and professional Roofing Canvasser to join our growing team. This is a field-based role where you will meet directly with homeowners, and provide solutions built on trust, expertise, and customer service. As a Roofing Canvasser, you will play a key role in generating leads and building relationships with potential customers in and around the surrounding neighborhoods of the Fort Collins, Colorado area while delivering a high-quality experience as you represent Bone Dry Roofing, a company known for integrity and long-term relationships. Our Roofing Canvasser will engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, generate leads and promote Bone Dry Roofing Services. Obtain customer contact information to schedule a no-cost-no-obligation roof inspection for future home roofing needs and ensure great customer experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform active lead generation through door-to-door sales and local sources of business.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to identify new roofing opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings at the office to review strategy, receive training, and provide updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of neighborhood coverage and client interactions to ensure effective follow-up.
  • Utilize company-approved applications for location tracking and neighborhood management while in the field.
  • Always represent Bone Dry Roofing honestly and positively, keeping the satisfaction of our customers as top priority through setting accurate expectations and following through to uphold them.
