Responsibilities

  • Recruit and maintain subcontractor capacity to meet fluctuating sales demand.
  • Schedule projects, order materials, and contact homeowners-serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead in the field: daily site visits, move crews as needed, run materials, and enforce jobsite safety.
  • Plan and manage projects end‑to‑end-timelines, budgets, and standards.
  • Align with sales on scope, materials, and customer expectations.
  • Monitor progress; anticipate constraints; course‑correct quickly.
  • Direct crews/subs; delegate clearly; uphold safety protocols.
  • Strengthen culture: teamwork, development, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Optimize resources; manage inventory, limit waste, and increase cost‑effectiveness.
  • Drive process improvements to elevate productivity.
  • Enforce quality controls; conduct inspections; resolve deficiencies fast.
  • Partner with sales & customer service to resolve concerns effectively.
  • Lead safety: meetings, training, documentation, and compliance with all regulations.
  • Stay current on codes, best practices, and safety standards.
