ROOFING CREWS, ROOFERS & HELPERS WANTED
About The Position
We are growing and need experienced roofing crews, individual roofers, and motivated helpers for steady, year-round work throughout Southeast Florida. We are also looking for established independent crews and contractors for subcontracting opportunities. We seek individuals who are reliable, take pride in their work, can work safely and efficiently in outdoor Florida conditions, have reliable transportation, work well in a team, and are looking for steady opportunities and long-term growth. Employee applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and meet pre-employment requirements. Independent contractors must hold a current and valid Florida contractor license.
Requirements
- Experience with tile, shingle, metal, TPO, modified bitumen, and other roofing systems is valuable.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to perform physical labor.
- Ability to follow all company safety requirements.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work well as part of a crew.
- Authorized to work in the United States (for employee applicants).
- Meet applicable pre-employment requirements (for employee applicants).
- Current and valid Florida contractor license (for independent contractors).

Responsibilities
- Complete roofing tasks as part of a crew or independently.
- Work with various roofing systems including tile, shingle, metal, TPO, and modified bitumen.
- Perform physical labor outdoors in Florida conditions.
- Follow all company safety requirements.
- Operate as an independent contractor or as part of an established crew.
- Meet applicable licensing, insurance, documentation, safety, and subcontractor qualification requirements for independent contractors.
