Commercial Roofer - Western New York

We are looking for safety-oriented, experienced commercial roofing professionals to join our organization. Requirements
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license (for company driving positions).
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- High School diploma, equivalent or complete GED within 6 months of employment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to communicate effectively through written correspondence and verbally in English.

Responsibilities
- Follow all safety training and requirements.
- Experience installing commercial low slope and industrial roofing systems.
- Working knowledge of roofing materials, installation procedures, and safety practices.
- Ability to read tape measures, layouts, and basic construction drawings.
- Set up ladders, scaffolding, and fall protection equipment for safe roof access.
- Operate roofing tools such as roofing knives, hammers, nail guns, rollers, torches, and other equipment.
- Remove snow, debris, and water from roofs prior to installation of roofing materials.
- Clean and maintain roofing tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Assist foreman in identifying material needs and installation requirements when necessary.
- Able and willing to travel and stay out of town for 3 to 4 weeks consecutively at a time.
