About The Position

This position is responsible for making roofing and carpentry repairs and installations, as well as performing preventive maintenance to all campus buildings. A SIGN-ON BONUS OF $4,081 IS AVAILABLE FOR THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT OF THIS POSITION PAID IN 2 INSTALLMENTS WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF HIRE: $2,040.50 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE DATE & $2,040.50 12 MONTHS AFTER HIRE DATE.

Requirements

• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License or ability to obtain one prior to start date
• NC State Inspector’s License or the ability to achieve certification within six months of hire
