About The Position
Oversees roofing projects and manages a team of roofers to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high standards. Responsible for planning tasks, supervising daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating materials, and communicating with clients or project managers.
Requirements
- Proven +6 years of experience in roofing, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and roofing standards
- Ability to read plans/blueprints and manage project timelines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
