Requirements

• Experience in construction or commercial roofing is highly desirable.
• Certified to operate a forklift or MEWP is valuable.
• A valid license and clean record make you a huge asset.
• Dependability – Show up on time, work hard, and we’ll recognize your efforts.
• OSHA 10 certification or experience working for a safety-focused company is a big plus.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC (but don’t worry—we will train you!)
• Experience in residential or commercial roofing or general construction
• A valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Work outdoors in all elements
• Lift 50+ lbs regularly, bend, climb, kneel
• Be comfortable working at heights
• Follow job specifications and safety guidelines on the roof
